Membership

EUR 9.99 is charged at subscription approval and monthly until you cancel renewal. Access to member worksheets begins after payment verification through My Flat98. Cancel renewal from Your Membership or PayPal before your next charge; remaining confirmed, unrefunded paid access continues to its displayed end date.

You may withdraw from your first Membership purchase within 14 days of concluding the contract for a full refund of that initial payment, even if you opened the resources. We stop renewal and refund through the original payment method within 14 days of receiving withdrawal. Cancellation of renewal alone does not request a refund.

Career Diagnostic

The Diagnostic costs $199 USD or €199 EUR as a one-time payment in the currency you select. Your written report and practical 90-day plan are delivered electronically within three business days after we receive both your completed questionnaire and payment. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in the Netherlands. Your diagnostic conversation and included 30-minute report walkthrough are arranged separately.

We confirm the start and access arrangements for the included month of candidate Membership. That month does not automatically become a paid subscription. Ongoing individual support is optional and agreed separately in writing.

If you wish to withdraw from your Diagnostic purchase, notify us within the applicable cooling-off period, normally 14 days after concluding an online service contract. We do not ask you to waive applicable withdrawal rights by opening a report. We review your purchase and any service already provided under applicable consumer law; the separate Membership full-refund promise does not set the refund amount for a Diagnostic. Contact us immediately if the report is late, inaccessible or does not match the service purchased. Statutory rights remain unaffected.

Payments, security and support

Checkout is handled by PayPal. Available funding methods and any currency conversion are shown there. Our website uses HTTPS to encrypt information in transit. Do not email card details or passwords. A PayPal receipt is not represented as a Flat98 VAT invoice.
