Flat98 Talent is operated by Flat98 Strategies and Communications LLC, a Delaware limited liability company doing business as Flat98 Talent. What Membership includes

Membership provides self-guided worksheets for role direction, an evidence bank and outreach planning through My Flat98. Public Opportunities and Insights remain free. Individual coaching, document editing, bespoke research and the Career Diagnostic are separate services. Membership does not guarantee introductions, interviews, sponsorship or employment. Worksheets do not save answers to your account: copy or save your work before leaving. Use Flat98 materials for your own career planning; do not sell or redistribute them. Your own answers remain yours.

Price and payment

Pay EUR 9.99 when you approve the subscription in PayPal, then EUR 9.99 each month until you cancel renewal. There is no minimum multi-month commitment. PayPal displays the payment details before approval. If you fund payment in another currency, PayPal or your payment provider may apply its exchange rate and conversion charges. This is not a fixed-price USD subscription. Access begins after payment verification. A return from PayPal alone does not confirm payment; check Your Membership or contact us before attempting another subscription if confirmation is delayed.

Renewal and cancellation

Cancel renewal from Your Membership or PayPal automatic payments before the next charge. Confirmed, unrefunded paid access continues until its displayed end date. Cancellation stops future renewal and does not itself request a refund. We send an advance renewal reminder, but you can check the next payment in PayPal and cancel without waiting for an email.

Your initial 14-day withdrawal and refund

You may withdraw from your first Membership purchase within 14 days after the contract is concluded, without giving a reason. Flat98 will refund the initial Membership payment in full, even if you have opened the resources. Starting access does not waive this policy or applicable statutory rights. Use our Withdraw from purchase form or send a clear withdrawal statement to info@flat98talent.com, identifying your name, purchase email and Membership purchase. You may also write to our correspondence address. The form is optional. We will acknowledge receipt, stop renewal and refund the eligible initial payment through its original payment method within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal. Access ends when the refunded purchase is revoked. For other refund requests, duplicate charges, billing errors or access problems, contact us. We will investigate and provide any remedy required by applicable law. These terms do not limit statutory consumer rights or make all later payments non-refundable.

The month included with a Career Diagnostic

The Career Diagnostic includes one month of candidate Membership. It does not automatically convert into a paid recurring subscription. Separate subscription approval is required. The initial Membership refund policy above concerns a separately purchased Membership, not the separate Diagnostic fee. See Service Delivery & Refunds for Diagnostic information.

Privacy and help

Our Privacy Notice explains how we use personal information. PayPal handles payment credentials; do not send us card details or passwords. For complaints, explain the issue and identify your purchase at info@flat98talent.com. We will investigate and contact you about the next steps. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that applicable consumer law gives you.
