The Diagnostic is a complete assessment with a clear starting point. Ongoing individual support is available to discuss separately.
This is not another job application. If you provide a resume or CV, you do not need to repeat information already included there. We are most interested in the parts of your professional story that a resume often cannot capture.
There are no perfect answers. A few thoughtful sentences are usually enough.

Your included 30-minute walkthrough helps you understand your report, choose your initial priorities and begin putting the recommendations into practice. You can then follow your action plan independently.
If you would value more help, we can discuss focused feedback on your professional materials, opportunity assessments, interview preparation or progress check-ins. Additional support is optional. We agree the scope, timing and price with you in writing before any paid follow-up work begins.

What does the Career Diagnostic include?
Your assessment includes a diagnostic conversation, a personalized written report, a practical 90-day action plan, one 30-minute report walkthrough and one complimentary month of candidate membership. The walkthrough helps you understand the recommendations and choose where to begin.
Does the 90-day plan include 90 days of private support?
The plan is your roadmap for taking action independently. It does not include ongoing private coaching, CV rewriting, individual opportunity research or employer outreach. If you would like additional help putting it into practice, we can discuss a separate engagement.
Do I need to purchase follow-up support?
No. Your report and included walkthrough are designed to help you begin independently. Additional support is optional, and you can decide whether it would be useful after reviewing your recommendations.
What additional support can I discuss with Flat98?
You can ask about focused CV or LinkedIn feedback, work-sample guidance, opportunity assessments, interview preparation, outreach preparation or progress check-ins. Availability, deliverables, sessions, review limits, communication arrangements, timing and price are agreed in writing before any paid follow-up work begins.
When will I receive my report and walkthrough?
Your written report will be delivered electronically within three business days after we receive both your completed questionnaire and payment. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in the Netherlands. We will contact you to arrange your diagnostic conversation and the included 30-minute report walkthrough. The walkthrough is scheduled separately from report delivery. We will also confirm when your complimentary membership month begins and how to access it.
Will the included membership month start a recurring charge?
Your Diagnostic payment is a one-time payment and does not set up a recurring membership subscription. Any paid membership requires separate enrollment. Candidate membership provides curated opportunities and shared resources; it does not include individual coaching, document editing or bespoke research.
Does paying for support guarantee an interview or introduction?
No. The Diagnostic and any follow-up support provide analysis, guidance and practical preparation. They do not guarantee a suitable vacancy, employer response, introduction, interview, sponsorship or employment. Identifying a public contact or preparing an introduction email does not mean Flat98 has a relationship with that person or will secure a meeting. Any employer introduction depends on fit and mutual interest, not the services you purchase.
