The Flat98 Career Diagnostic is designed to help us understand how your professional experience translates into the market, where your strongest opportunities may exist, and what may be preventing employers from recognizing the value you bring.

This is not another job application. If you provide a resume or CV, you do not need to repeat information already included there. We are most interested in the parts of your professional story that a resume often cannot capture.

There are no perfect answers. A few thoughtful sentences are usually enough.
